睡眠打呼记录器是一款睡眠打鼾监测工具,设计上把隐私放在第一位:你的数据全部留在你自己的设备上。
App 访问什么
- 麦克风 —— 仅在你主动开启的监测过程中使用,用于检测并录制打鼾及其他夜间响动。
在设备本地存储哪些数据
- 检测到的打鼾 / 夜间响动事件的短音频片段;若你开启「整夜录音」,还包括整夜完整录音。
- 在设备本地计算的睡眠统计:打鼾次数、时长、分贝、睡眠评分、时间等。
数据如何处理
- 所有录制与分析都完全在你的设备本地完成。
- 我们不会上传、传输、出售或分享你的音频或数据。 App 没有服务器,也不会为你的数据发起任何网络连接。
- 不需要账号、不需要登录、不收集任何个人身份信息。
- 不含任何第三方 SDK、不做分析统计、无广告、无追踪。
- 默认将音频排除在 iCloud 备份之外,音频只留在本机。
你的控制权
- 在 App 内回放和查看所有录音。
- 随时在「设置」中删除单条记录、清除全部音频片段或抹除全部数据。
- 删除 App 会一并移除设备上存储的所有录音与数据。
权限
监测需要麦克风权限,首次开始监测时会请求;你可随时在 iOS 设置中撤销。
儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童,也不会有意收集其数据。
非医疗器械
睡眠打呼记录器仅供个人参考,不是医疗器械,不提供医疗诊断或治疗。如有睡眠健康方面的顾虑,请咨询专业医生。

我们可能更新本政策,届时将更新上方的生效日期。

SnoreGuard is a sleep-snoring monitor designed to keep your data private: everything stays on your device.
What the app accesses
- Microphone — only while a monitoring session you start is running, to detect and record snoring and other night sounds.
What is stored (on your device only)
- Short audio clips of detected snore / night-sound events, and — if you turn on "record the whole night" — a full-night recording.
- Sleep statistics computed on-device: snore counts, durations, decibel levels, sleep scores, and timestamps.
How your data is handled
- All recording and analysis happen entirely on your device.
- We do not upload, transmit, sell, or share your audio or data. The app has no servers and makes no network connections with your data.
- No account, no sign-in, and no personal identifiers are collected.
- No third-party SDKs, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
- Audio is excluded from iCloud backup by default and stays local to the device.
Your control
- Play back and review all recordings inside the app.
- Delete individual sessions, clear all audio clips, or erase all data anytime in Settings.
- Deleting the app removes all stored recordings and data from your device.
Permissions
Microphone access is required for monitoring and is requested the first time you start a session. You can revoke it anytime in iOS Settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Not a medical device
SnoreGuard is for personal, informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for any sleep-health concerns.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
